EvoFlat is our new base plate for hollow or antagonist models designed for the Magic® Model 3D CAD Modelbuilder and Fix it Erik by r2.

Until now, it was almost impossible to equip printed hollow models with a functional splitcast.

With the new EvoFlat base plate from the Magic® EvoPrint System, this limitation is a thing of the past.

Starting from version 1.6.4, you can select EvoFlat directly when choosing the model base in the software — the profile on the underside of the dental arch is automatically adjusted.

After post-processing, simply glue the dental arch onto the plate using Magic® Evo Glue, and your model is ready.

You can choose to use EvoFlat with a splitcast plate (#14000686) or simply articulate it using a magnet and magnet pot.
