EvoFlat is our new baseplate for hollow or opposing models for Magic Model 3D CAD model builder and Fix it Erik from r2.
Until now it was hardly possible to provide printed hollow models with a really usable split cast.
With the new EvoFlat baseplate from the Magic EvoPrint system, this limitation is a thing of the past.
From version 1.6.4, you can select EvoFlat directly when selecting the model base in the software, the profile on the underside of the arch is automatically adjusted.
After post-processing, simply glue with Magic Evo Glue the dental arch onto the plate and your model is complete.
You have the choice of using EvoFlat with a split cast plate (#1400 0686) or simply articulating it with a magnet and magnet cup.
