Sonic CS+ – Chairside Made Easy

The Sonic CS+ brings 3D printing directly into the dental practice. Its industrial-grade 385 nm LCD system focuses light with exceptional precision, delivering sharp edges, smooth surfaces, and reliable fits with high reproducibility. An integrated heated build chamber and resin vat stabilize process conditions, the built-in air purifier reduces odors, and the fully enclosed design protects mechanical components from resin splashes.

Efficient Chairside Workflows in Daily Practice

In day-to-day clinical use, appliances such as splints (e.g. occlusal/night guards), temporaries, or surgical guides can be produced within a single-visit workflow. After completing the CAD design, print data is prepared and started using validated, open resin profiles. Availability and compatibility of profiles depend on the respective resin manufacturer.

Post-processing is completed by cleaning in the WASH+ and post-curing in the Cure V2.

Two Build Configurations for Maximum Flexibility

The Sonic CS+ can operate with two interchangeable build kits:

• Mini Kit
  Build volume: 7.0 × 7.0 × 17.5 cm | Vat volume: approx. 150 ml
  Ideal for single units and urgent jobs. Requires less resin and enables faster cleaning of the build platform and resin vat.
• Standard Kit
  Build volume: 16.5 × 7.1 × 17.5 cm | Vat volume: approx. 350 ml
  Designed for multiple parts or larger print jobs, such as printing several splints or models in one run.
