For approved materials from various manufacturers, Phrozen provides curing profiles that enable a reproducible implementation of the defined processing conditions.

Material-specific validation is carried out by Phrozen for the respective approved resins. Responsibility for the conformity of the dental resin used as a medical device remains with the respective resin manufacturer.

Thanks to state-of-the-art curing technology with precisely tuned wavelengths, flash-curing, and controlled heat, complete polymerization is achieved while maintaining excellent surface quality and dimensional accuracy.
